As a graduate from East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI, I opened my own practice to integrate both the Eastern and Western modalities I learned.

Why did I choose Massage Therapy?
When I was younger, I had 2 reconstructive ACL surgeries (basketball for those of you wondering). This led me to spending a lot of time in "PT world" / learning how my body needed to heal. This is where the initial spark came from.
After beginning my personal journey into holistic health and wellness a couple of years ago, I spent a lot of time learning more about the mind-body-soul connection and how we hold a lot of power in healing ourselves / building a healthy lifestyle. I think massage beautifully integrates health, wellness, recovery and healing and is such a powerful way to serve others. It’s also one of the only healing practices that requires nothing but our hands to be effective. And I think that’s pretty cool.

I am located at 305 West Street, Suite 1 in Waunakee. We share a building with Kings Cuts barber shop. There is free street parking. Just walk in the front door and it will be the first door on the right.
