SoulFull Policies
Cancellation / No Shows
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to respect the time of both our clients and therapists, we have the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge.

Cancellations made less than 12-24 hours in advance: 50% of the session fee will be charged to the provided credit card.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance: 100% of the session fee will be charged to the provided credit card

No shows: 100% of the session fee will be charged to the provided credit card.
Extenuating circumstances are considered.
Booking your appointment
Payment Authorization
By providing your credit card information, you authorize SoulFull Massage & Bodywork LLC to charge your card according to our cancellation policy. Charges will only be applied in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Updating Credit Card Information
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the credit card on file is valid and up-to-date. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your credit card information to avoid any issues with payment processing.
Illness
If you are experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu or fever, have had a recent injury or are under a physician’s care for serious health issues, we may not be qualified to work on you. You will need to provide the proper paperwork from your healthcare provider and/or reschedule the massage. Please note that illness does fall under standard cancellation policy.
If I, the Massage Therapist, am ill, I will attempt to provide a 24 hour notice of reschedule, or as soon as possible.
Confidentiality
All of the information shared is kept confidential unless a written release is approved and signed by you. Certain legal limits on confidentiality do exist and do not need a release from you:

If there is convincing evidence that you are in immediate danger to yourself or others. Legal action may be taken for your own protection and that of others.

If you are involved in a medical emergency.

Incidents of child or elder abuse, including physical, sexual, or neglect must be reported by me to the necessary agencies.

A court of law may subpoena information and may order release of information.
Timeliness
Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact me in a timely manner as soon as possible via phone call or text message. Understand that lateness will shorten the time of your massage session, and also know that you are still responsible to pay for the full contracted time.
Payment / Tips
Payment is due after the session and is based on our agreed rate and session length. Cash and card are accepted at this time. I do not provide direct billing for insurance. If your financial situation changes in any way, please let me know so we can discuss this and potentially make adjustments.
Tips are accepted. They may be added at the time of payment through your credit card or left as a cash tip.
